Whether it is a fit issue or a change of heart, we are committed to making your exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn socks back into their original Supersox packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
